I’d Do Anything – Jessie or Jodie for Nancy?

In the final of the BBC1 show the panel and producer seemed to hint that Jessie was their preferred favourite, for the new star to play Nancy in Oliver. However the public voted a different way.
Was this the right decision by the public?
I agreed with the panel, but it’s the public that buy the tickets!

Maybe there’s no such thing as a right or wrong decision in a competitions such as this but you’ve got me wondering if it is the same public voting in telephone polls that also buy tickets for live shows.
