For those who are self employed

OK, so those of us in business will know what I mean here….

Why do some suppliers promise to deliver on a certain day and then let us down without even a phone call?

This has been driving me nuts this week! It causes great embarrassment with our customers as we then either have to blame the late delivery of the goods on the supplier, or come up with another excuse!

Why can’t they just be honest about their delivery date in the first place.
